Breath & Flow: Tai Chi × Body Exploration Workshop
Nov 7 | 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM | LP 49, Langham Place Office Tower |
Discover how breath can guide movement and how movement can deepen body awareness. Blending fundamental Tai Chi footwork, hand techniques, breathing practices, and the Eight Trigram Five Steps (八法五步) routine, this workshop invites participants to explore balance, strength, and flow through martial arts.
Rooted in traditional Tai Chi training, the practice helps improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while encouraging relaxation, focus, and a sense of inner calm.
Led by Cheng, who brings over 28 years of experience in martial arts, Tai Chi, and dance, participants will learn basic Tai Chi steps, and experience the connection between breath, movement, and overall well-being.
