Hong Kong Dance Alliance is a charitable tax exempt organization, with the mission of serving as a primary voice and support group for dance in Hong Kong and for Hong Kong dance worldwide. The Alliance is the founding member of the World Dance Alliance and it is a recipient of Hong Kong Arts Development Council Two Year Grant.
We warmly invite our community, patrons, and friends to support our vision and help sustain our advocacy for dance in Hong Kong. You can contribute in either or both of the following ways:
1. Support the HKDA Fellowship
Our vision is to transform this into a sustainable, revolving fund for the entire community. For every HK$20,000 accumulated, we will launch a new call for fellowship applications, opening doors not only for choreographers but for dance practitioners across all genres. Your continued support will allow us to reach these milestones more frequently, ensuring that our "Home" remains a launchpad for talent to reach the global stage.
2. A Comprehensive Support to Our Year-Round Programmes
Your support allows us to maintain a holistic presence in the arts, ensuring we build a strong and connected dance community through:
• The Hong Kong Dance Awards
• dance journal/hk
• Dance for Health (Wellness Programmes)
