Her practice centres on examining the power structures behind the gaze and the subjective experience of the female body. She graduated from the Department of Dance, Chinese Culture University, in 2019, and became a Resident Artist of Unlock Dancing Plaza in 2022. Her work closely examines the subtle and complex relationships between movement, spectatorship, and self-perception. She has been commissioned by Tai Kwun and #DANCELESS complex to create a series of works, including "Come closer, go deeper!" (2025), "Paula & You" (2024), and "Kerry & Frieda" (2021). She continues to develop multidimensional explorations of bodily autonomy and agency, seeking to reclaim bodily action as an empowering practice of self-definition. Her works often invite audience participation and break down the boundary between spectatorship and performance, transforming spectators from passive viewers into active experiencers who directly encounter the process of embodiment.
