It is an active professional tap dance group in Hong Kong, and was officially registered as a limited liability company in April 2014. R&T became one of the Arts Development Council's annual funded arts groups in 2014, as a professional dance company that creates, produces, and integrates sound and dance. R&T has created diverse programs, including professional performances, school tours, community outreach activities, and educational courses, aiming to increase local audiences' understanding of tap dance. The goal is to develop tap dance from a Western art form, incorporating Hong Kong's background, sounds, and pace of life, into a local art form.
