Dance plays a prominent role on our physical, emotional and spiritual development. Along with the studies on dancers’ well-being across their training and career, there has been increasedresearches on the positive and therapeutic impacts of creative dance on our wellness and rehabilitation.

To raise awareness on dancers’ well-being and facilitate the development of Dance for Health programs, the Hong Kong Dance Alliance presents a series of workshops and sharing, providing platforms for dance practitioners and other professionals to exchange their experience and insights, co-creating a positive momentum in the community through dance.
