To help mid-career choreographers of any dance style take a leap forward in creation and presentation, Hong Kong Dance Alliance will present Creative Space 2016, a residency project to sharpen body and mind and to create new works.

Warm-up, workshops, and rehearsals

Performances

Springboard Showcase, Kwai Tsing Theatre Black Box, June 2016

 

Support

- Residency Stipend: HK$800 per week

- Springboard Showcase: fee, dancers, production 

 

Selection Criteria

- HK Resident

- 5+ years of professional choreography

- Prior funding / support from:

-       LCSD, HKADC, Hong Kong Arts Festival

-       Hong Kong flagship dance companies

-       International Festivals, competitions, organizations, or

-       Equivalent local & non-local sponsorship

- Originality and feasibility of proposal
