The workshops from the DanceHub 2023 - Mind Masseur series have successfully ended. We appreciate your active participation and interactions, it was a very significant time involving everyone! Dr. Fung Hiu Ying Melody, our gracious host, has gently guided the participants from imagination to immersion and from focus to relaxation. Participants learnt to feel their bodies, feel others, listen to their inner voices, let go of fears, and release tension through improvisations.
