New Force in Motion 2017
New Force in Motion 2017 presents new dance works choreographed by local choreographers, giving audience new experience in local productions. We are now seeking dancers to join our production! Apply for the audition now!
＜New Force in Motion Performance Details＞
Date：28.8 – 10.9.2017
Rehearsal：Weekdays in mainly May-June and partially July - Aug (10:00-18:00)
Choreographer: KT Yau
KT Yau graduated from HKAPA, major in Contemporary dance. She was a dancer in Y-Space and now a freelance artist. She is active in different creative media and passionate in improvisation. Recent performances include: ON & ON & TURNTURNTURN 20 years with Y-space dance company in 2015; Diffusion of the silence in 2015 and Heaven behind the door in 2014 of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Contemporary Dance Series in Hong Kong Arts Festival; The Common Cold in 2014 and 1894 Hong Kong Plague in 2015 with Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Christmas around the world in 2013 with Hong Kong Philharmonic and Nature performed in Taiwan with Theatre Ronin in 2016. In 2016, She studied in Vertigo Dance Company and different courses in Israel.
＜Dancer Audition Details＞
Audition workshop will focus on movements and dance. It aims to explore performance energy and movements imagination.
