Hong Kong Dance Alliance Proudly Presents  
“Emerging Choreographers 2015”
- Blossoming Elites Dance into the Future
 
 
In an effort to help explore opportunities for the up-and-coming choreographers, Hong Kong Dance Alliance is proud to present “Emerging Choreographers”, a project that seeks to provide resources for more creative works and act as a platform for choreographic interaction.
 
Our goals are to recruit and foster promising choreographers and troupes, promote dance arts interaction by encouraging these new choreographers to discuss and learn, and provide them with ample resources.  It is also aim to boost creativity and artistic standards of them under the support and guidance of the more established choreographers.
 
Hong Kong Dance Alliance resume this meaning project and its four panelists have selected three active and up-and-coming choreographers among 18 applicants as participants of the project. They are Huen Tin Yeung, Lee Wai Nang, and Li De. 
 
Each participant will choreograph an original dance for the “Emerging Choreographers Series” under the guidance of their mentors, Mr Daniel Yeung.  Daniel, a famed choreographic veteran, will meet and brainstorm with the participants regularly in a five months’period of choreographing.
